JA Finance Park – Volunteers Needed

FINANCE PARK – VOLUNTEERS NEEDED This year the 7th grade students will participate in an exciting Junior Achievement program called JA Finance Park. JA Finance Park encompasses important educational lessons about personal financial literacy and career awareness. As part of the program, we will spend the day at a hands-on, experiential JA Finance Park site on either April 28th or April 29th. This visit will provide students with an opportunity to apply, in a realistic setting, what they have learned in the classroom. Students will be responsible for planning a budget for themselves and their fictional family. To make this possible, we need 15 volunteers for each day.  Training (1 hour before) will be provided to help volunteers become familiar with your role, understand the student activities, tour the JA Finance Park facility and ask questions. Please click here to sign up to volunteer If you have questions, please contact Amy Scharenbrock either by email... Continue reading JA Finance Park – Volunteers Needed
