Welcome to Chaska Middle School East!
I have been the Assistant Principal at East for the past nine school years. I started my educational career as a social studies teacher at East, although when I started it was the only middle school in the district. After 10 years of teaching, I earned my administrative degree and transitioned to an Administrative Dean position at Pioneer Ridge Freshman Center followed by Chaska High School.
During this time, I also had the opportunity to spend two years teaching overseas at a middle school in South Korea. During those experiences, I learned that my place is at the middle level, so I was thrilled to return to East as the AP.
I look forward to partnering with you and working with others to create a positive learning environment for all students.
