End of year field trips

Each grade level will have the opportunity to attend a field trip on the last day of school, Thursday, June 4.

Please use the links below to access the online permission forms. Each form contains important information specific to the grade-level trip. We ask that you complete the permission form and submit payment as soon as possible.

• Grade 6 - Bowling & Movie permission form
• Grade 7 - Urban Air permission form and waiver (Please note: the waiver is a paper form only and must be submitted to the office for your student to attend. Students received a hard copy in Advisory).
• Grade 8 - Valley Fair permission form

All permission forms and payments are due by Wednesday, May 13.

Please note that event venues will not allow us to add additional students or staff after this deadline - no exceptions. Additionally, refunds cannot be issued if a student is unable to attend, as costs are committed in advance (including transportation).
